About the role
Are you someone who's passionate with data and is compelled to take actions based on the data? We do this through working with a huge amount of data to understand our client behaviour and what they need at the right point in time, and working closely with stakeholders to create campaigns that will address our clients’ needs.
We are looking for an independent, highly organised and result-oriented Online Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing department. You will be responsible for all aspects of Customer Acquisition through Online Marketing for various channels (e.g. Search, Display, Facebook etc.). You will be able to experience building a brand from scratch in a growing and fast-paced startup.
Responsibilities
- Grow StashAway’s brand awareness and acquire clients across all online marketing channels
- Generate reports, analyse performance and optimise campaigns to maximise efficiency and profitability
- Account for the profit and loss of your campaigns’ performance, and design and execute tests to improve performance
- Work closely with stakeholders internally amp; externally to achieve business goals
- Keep up to date with industry development and best practices and find new opportunities
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in performance marketing driving direct results
- Experiences using analytics to drive key business decisions, e.g. marketing /business /product analytics, business intelligence, CRM
- Able to work independently and engage with business stakeholders
- Customer-centric is second nature to you; understanding customers’ evolving needs and educating them about our products
- Passionate and comfortable working with large amounts of data
- Self-driven and has a growth mentality; capable of independently spotting and solving an issue and willing to learn and grow independently
- Proficient understanding of Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables etc.).
- Prior experiences with SQL to access data will be a BIG plus
