The Job:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis, data modelling or use of statistical methods to effectively support the development and refinement of strategic initiatives.
- Communicate business intelligence insights and recommendations to the Product Leads amp; stakeholders.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze performance of INMAGINE’s products and brands.
- Monitor, analyze and report performance to the Senior Management team.
- Collaborate with other teams such as Product, Online Marketing teams to support analytical needs, and define analytics opportunities for company products.
- Automate reporting processes as needed by team and company.
- Work with the Data Engineering team to ensure data quality and correct discrepancies.
- Support the Finance team in any data reporting needs and financial initiatives.
Requirements
The Person:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science or related field.
- Possesses 2 years of hands-on experience in analytics and strategy.
- Fresh Graduates are also welcomed to apply.
- Attention to details and being able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Good in verbal and written communication skills.
- Possesses a positive attitude and sees challenges as opportunities.
- Ability to conduct data manipulation and processing with Python/R, SQL, Spark.
- Experience in using data visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau.
- Experience in using various Excel functions to build models.
- Knowledge of statistical concepts (regression, statistical tests, etc).
- Familiarity with some web/app analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, App Store Connect, Google Play Console will be advantageous.
