RESPONSIBILITIES:
i) Sales Support
- Responsible to provide full support and coordination to the Sales Team.
- Presenting product introduction and providing relevant solutions to potential customers.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting analysis on target customers.
ii) Customer Service
- Responsible to prepare quotation, PO, Invoice and etc.
- Responsible in correspondences with customers by email to resolve customer's complaints amp; to ensure total customers' satisfaction.
- Responsible to follow up on the status of the order and to monitor closely till the end of process.
- Verify product pricing and update new pricing to customers.
- Building strong relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure the integrity of clients information maintained in the database system.
- To prepare reports on sales data analysis in order to plan sales strategies effectively.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage.
