The Team Lead - Operations is responsible for leading a team of 6 tasked with optimizing the performance of four iPrice and Media partner Coupon portals across four markets. This role is well suited for experienced Team Leads in area of Operations keen to join an agile startup environment, looking to expand their knowledge into SEO.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Manager to define coupon portal strategy to maximize revenue
    • Understand current Coupon Portal Performance (SEO / User Engagement / Revenue)
    • Support Manager to define strategy leveraging SEO and digital marketing initiatives
  • Support teams in executing strategy through smooth execution of sprint goals:
    • Ensure well-organized sprint planning sessions to determine items to work on during sprint
    • Ensure effective daily stand-ups to ensure team aware of progress and potential issues are identified and addressed early
    • Review team’s work output and ensure deliverables meet quality expectations
    • Support team in preparing and conducting sprint review and retrospective meeting
  • Work with Manager / stakeholders to drive initiatives to improve portal performance in SEO (keywords / SEO performance) / User Engagement (incl micro-copy / information provided) and Digital Marketing (social media presence) ensuring successful initiatives captured in clear SOPs
    • Measure / report team and market performance, work with the team to address issues
    • Run frequent O2O sessions with Team members to assess progress, assist in addressing issues, and support providing learning opportunities based on mutually agreed development plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with proven work experience as Operations Team Lead or similar role
  • Experience with running / managing teams in multi-cultural environment
  • Experience in e-Commerce and Agile
  • Process-orientated with a strong eye for detail and analytical skills
  • Proficient with Excel and data analysis
  • Fast learner, proactive, self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, able to interface well with teams of all levels
  • Outstanding English written / verbal communication ability across diverse stakeholder audience
