We wouldn’t have achieved the company success we’ve had thus far, had it not been for making the right strategic moves and planning and executing accordingly. In 2023, we don’t intend to rest on our laurels, and thus, we’re hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to continually improve the strategic and business operations of Inspectorio.
What you'll do
- You will help optimize and improve the company’s internal systems; NetSuite being the main focus
- You will be expected to roll up your sleeves and review our tools and integrations, order to cash process, and ensure they are configured properly, managed, and running efficiently
- You will work closely with the product and finance teams to focus on scalability and automation within our systems
- You are a power user in NetSuite who can improve our usage of the system and review requirements with the engineering team and external parties to help achieve strategic goals for the organization
- You will have strong integration experience especially around the order to cash process to help improve the current workflow
How you'll grow:
Within 1 month you will:
- Plan with your manager to set initial priorities, align on expectations for your role, and learn about Inspectorio’s existing toolset.
- Get to know the current tooling and begin to build working relationships with stakeholders as well as your co-workers.
- Begin building your project plans based upon initial priorities that include development of timelines and goals
Within 3 months, you will:
- Establish tooling ownership by reviewing incoming requests and steering solutions to align with our overall architectural and business goals.
- Make recommendations and implementing automation to reduce redundant tasks
- Begin updating, refining, and improving, documentation and processes.
Within 12 months, you will:
- Be a go-to expert on our finance tooling and the inbound and outbound integrations
- Be effectively delivering solutions to ensure our systems and tooling stays ahead of and empower our companies growth
- Continuously improve and maintain the various processes, adapting to changing requirements and ensuring accurate documentation
Requirements
What you will bring:
- 3+ years or experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- 2-3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience. (Specific SuiteBilling Experience preferred)
- Business domain knowledge of business capabilities and key metrics in Finance, Legal, HR, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Customer Success, Compliance
- Experience working with multiple business partners across the many different functions of the business.
- Experience in other internal systems including Salesforce, Hubspot, ChurnZero, BambooHR
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong project management skills
