About this role

As a Country Manager at Infomineo, you'll be responsible for overseeing the local office operations and logistics, leading a team of managers in our various business lines (starting with Research), and supervising the overall office management.

It is a core role that blends both delivery and service team functions, requiring someone with strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills and an agile execution mindset.

You will be challenged in this role, but also supported by your managers, Professional Development Coaches and peers, to grow and acquire the skills you need to reach your professional potential.


What you will do

Operational and client related tasks

  • Account management and supervision on key accounts
  • Support on targeted Business Development efforts
  • Project Directorship on targeted client projects as per delivery governance processes
  • Contribution to office profitability with Operations team
  • Participation to maximization of utilization rate through managing recruiting priorities and client development activities for the local office
  • Decision on trade-offs linked to the office competitiveness (cost per billable hour) through adjustments of pyramids, compensation benchmarks, etc.

Finance

  • Supporting local negotiations for key expenses
  • Managing relationship with local bank with the support of local finance
  • Acting as an interface with local administrations

HR

  • Ensuring local value proposition is constantly adjusted to maintain/improve Infomineo's ability to attract best local and international talents (eg., participation to compensation benchmarks, local recruiting events and efforts, etc.)
  • Ensuring consistent office culture in line with company values, including responsibility in their enforcement (e.g., Deliver excellence, Act with Integrity, etc.)
  • Acting as an interface with local administrations

Office management and logistics

  • Ensuring a proper working environment for team members in liaison with IT and Finance
  • Managing local office infrastructure related budget

The Country Manager will be working under the direct supervision of the Chief Operating Officer

Requirements

Who you are

Background

  • Master's degree in business, economics, marketing, finance, engineering, or any relevant field
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years of team management responsibilities
  • Full proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus!
  • Excellent leadership skills (ability to coach, train and motivate staff) and track record
  • Excellent management skills with a track record of coordinating workflows and assuring quality for large teams with a strong ability to multitask
  • Experience in handling sensitive HR issues

  • Good understanding of business and economic concepts with the ability to deal with ambiguity and be resourceful
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills amp; ability to analyze complex problems creatively
